Legendary Basketball Coach Tom Izzo Visits Bergen Catholic
ORADELL, NJ, September 24, 2025– Bergen Catholic was honored to be visited by legendary Michigan State basketball coach Tom Izzo, as well as MSU assistants
Doug Wojcik and Thomas Kelley.
Coach Izzo led Michigan State to the national championship in 2000 and was inducted into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame in 2016. We thank one of basketball’s greatest leaders for choosing to come recruit our Bergen Catholic student-athletes as he spent time with Coach Billy Armstrong ‘94 and Coach Avent.
