Dear Parents and Guardians,

As we prepare for Christmas and the blessing of the glorious day, I want to take a moment—on behalf of everyone here at Bergen Catholic—to say thank you. Whether you are a student, a parent, an alumnus, a faculty or staff member, a Christian Brother, or a friend of our school, you play an important role in shaping the life of this community. And this season of Advent, I am especially grateful for the ways you continue to lift up and strengthen the Brotherhood that defines us.

This year, I have been reminded time and time again that Bergen Catholic is more than a school—it’s a mission. It’s a mission rooted in our faith, grounded in the charism of the Edmund Rice Christian Brothers, and carried forward each day through the compassion, integrity, and generosity of people like you.

I am grateful for our students, who bring energy, curiosity, and heart into these halls. I’m grateful for our teachers and staff, who give so much of themselves to form young men of faith, purpose, and excellence. I’m grateful for our parents and families, who partner with us so generously and entrust their sons to our care. And to our alumni and benefactors—your belief in Bergen Catholic continues to open doors for students who rely on tuition assistance, and ensures that this mission not only survives, but thrives.

As we gather with our families and loved ones this Christmas, I hope you can take a moment to reflect on the blessings in your own life. Know that you are among the greatest blessings in ours. Your support, your prayers, and your commitment to Bergen Catholic make a profound difference in the lives of our young men.
