Michael Marcon is a 1982 graduate of Bergen Catholic where he participated in basketball, Crusaders in Christian Action and was a member of the National and Italian Honor Societies.

Michael is a 1986 graduate of Ursinus College with a BA in Economics and a 1989 graduate of Drexel University with an MBA in Finance. He is the founder and CEO of Symphony Risk Solutions, an insurance advisory and human capital consulting firm. Prior to Symphony Risk, Michael was the founder and CEO of Equity Risk Partners, a specialty insurance brokerage, Executive Vice President of Aon Corp, where he led their mergers and acquisitions practice, and CIGNA Corp, where he was a financial analyst.

Michael is on the boards of specialty insurance businesses, Machine Cover, Inc., BluePond AI, and Green Shield Risk. He is founder and Chairman of M3K Holdings, an investment and advisory firm focused on financial services, and is Chairman of The Marcon Foundation, a family foundation that focuses on helping families in need.

Michael resides in Alamo, CA with his wife, Mary. They have two sons, Keaton (wife, Laura, daughter, Penelope, and son, Henry) and Matthew (wife, Marissa).
