Cancer MIGHT Non-Profit Honors Medical Workers
ORADELL, NJ, June 9, 2026 – This year, Bergen Catholic sophomore Roy Jun '28 created a nonprofit organization called Cancer MIGHT, a group dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by cancer, as well as supporting the entire medical community.
Jun was joined by classmates Patrick Nahmias '28 and Paul Alzapiedi '28 in organizing and collecting donations and made 70 thank you boxes for doctors, nurses and medical staff at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center in Paramus. We thank Roy, Patrick and Paul for living out the Essential Elements of an Edmund Rice Christian Brother Education through their actions, and for leading by example in the creation of a nonprofit that takes care of others.
