Bergen Catholic Hosts First-Ever Leadership Symposium

ORADELL, NJ, October 28, 2025– Bergen Catholic hosted its first-ever Leadership Symposium, welcoming back 12 different BC alumni to speak on the qualities and characteristics of leadership that have helped them thrive in their own careers.

Current Crusaders Dylan Usatine ‘27 and Ryan Sarkar ‘26 hosted a school-wide assembly that featured a panel discussion with BC alums Graeme Kavanagh ‘94 (Accelerate Investment Partners), Christopher DiPiazza ‘10 (Mayor of Paramus), Robert DiPisa ‘02 (Cole Schotz P.C.) and Mark Musella ‘80 (Bergen County Prosecutor), as the entire school heard from these fellow BC Crusaders what it took to succeed in business, politics and the law, and the leadership skills they developed while at BC that have paid off in their current careers. Later on, 8 more BC alumni volunteered their time to discuss the leadership skills that helped them in their careers in breakout sessions with BC students in the school library.
