BC Hockey Program Gives Back at Sled Hockey Clinic
ORADELL, NJ, June 15, 2026 – Members of the Bergen Catholic Hockey program recently volunteered as on-ice assistants to help guide and support adaptive athletes during a high-profile sled hockey clinic presented by the New Jersey Devils at the RWJ Barnabas Health Hockey House next to the Prudential Center in Newark.
The BC student-athletes worked alongside three-time U.S. Paralympic Gold Medalist Jack Wallace to help mentor the younger athletes by providing encouragement and support on a fun day of sled hockey. We thank the NJ Devils for hosting this incredible service event, and we are incredibly proud of our Bergen Catholic Hockey program for living out the Essential Elements by caring for those in need, giving back to the community and displaying the BC Brotherhood in action with their leadership.
